As summer nears its end, flora bats (and similar folk) who’ve been frequenting local markets and tending to their gardens will soon find their summer favourites out of season. Certain foods can still be grown indoors, but if you’re planning on sowing seeds for fall and securing food for the winter, now’s the time to be planting.
